Delivery Dates and Times:

 

The delivery days and times are in accordance with the terms of delivery of the courier companies Speedex & ELTA Courier. The delivery time lasts from 1 to 3 business days*, (this may not apply to remote areas or in case of extreme conditions).

 

Attention: 
– Orders placed either electronically via the site’s order form or by phone from Monday to Friday -excluding holidays- by 15:00, are shipped the same day (which is considered the starting day for the delivery time).
– Orders placed from Monday to Friday -excluding holidays- after 15:00, are shipped the next business day (which is considered the starting day for the delivery time).
– Orders placed throughout the weekend and on holidays are shipped on the first business day (which is considered the starting day for the delivery time).

Attention:
– The courier companies partnering with panora.gr are Speedex & ELTA Courier.
– Deliveries by the courier companies are made Monday-Friday -excluding holidays- between 08:30-16:30, depending on the agency serving the specific area.
– There is an option to pick up the order from the courier’s store, provided that this is clearly mentioned in the “Comments” section during the order placement.

Information: Through the online pages of Speedex (www.speedex.gr) and ELTA Courier (www.elta-courier.gr) you can find out: 1) the courier store serving your area by selecting it on the map (www.speedex.gr/content) in case of a Speedex shipment and entering your postal code (www.elta-courier.gr/network) in case of an ELTA Courier shipment and 2) the status of your order’s shipment (www.speedex.gr/isapohi.asp?voucher_code) for Speedex shipments and (www.elta-courier.gr/search) for ELTA Courier shipments, by entering the tracking code, which you will receive via SMS when your order is handed over to the courier you chose.

Speedex:

Parcel up to 1 kg                                € 1.75

Parcel from 1 to 3 kg                           € 2.50

Each additional kg                              € 0.55

*Additional charge of € 0.70 for remote areas from a Speedex store (based on the postal code)

ELTA Courier:

Parcel up to 2 kg                               € 2.50

Each additional kg                             € 0.65
